AMERICA WORKS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF AN UNINTENTIONAL DISCLOSURE OF CANDIDATE INFORMATION IN THE ABSENCE OF INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE THAT THE DISCLOSURE RESULTED FROM RECKLESS OR GROSSLY NEGLIGENT ACTION ON THE PART OF AMERICA WORKS. IN SUCH CASE AMERICA WORKS'S LIABILITY WILL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO COMPENSATORY DAMAGES FOR MONETARY INJURIES THAT FLOW DIRECTLY FROM THE ALLEGED DISCLOSURE AND AMERICA WORKS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, INCLUDING LOSS OF INCOME OR LOSS OF REPUTATION OR OPPORTUNITY.
V. Amendments
