Unlike traditional staffing firms and employment agencies, our goal is not only to place a qualified worker with you, but to support them so that they can make a meaningful and sustained contribution to your organization. In fact, many of the individuals we place go through a 4-week job readiness training program before they are matched with an appropriate employment opportunity. Then, for a full six months after that, our case managers mentor and counsel these individuals during and after work hours to help them make a full and effective transition into your workplace.
