The positions we fill
America Works specializes in a full range of entry-level positions:
receptionist, secretary, word processor, mail-room clerk, customer
service rep, cashier, factory/warehouse/ security worker, among
others. The salary for our placements typically ranges between $15,500
to $18,000 per year.
How we work
America Works is committed to providing motivated employees who
will become valued assets to your company. Our success is based
on the following proven strategy:
1. An America Works representative visits you to assess your personnel
needs.
2. We survey our talent pool for the best match for open positions
and schedule interviews.
3. You select the America Works candidate(s). For four months, America
Works pays the employee(s) directly and bills you for the salary.
America Works pays worker's compensation and unemployment claims
during this time.
4. Throughout the four-month trial period, an America Works support
specialist visits the employee(s) weekly to monitor performance
and provide whatever help is needed.
5. Only after four months of satisfactory performance do you then
bring the candidate(s) onto your payroll with normal benefits.
